Crosshaven U15’s claimed all 3pts at home to Mayfield Utd with a 3-1 victory in tough conditions. The loss of both centre backs, Adam Welch & Christian Byrne through injury forced a reshuffle early in the game with Ronan O’Donoughue & Owen Merchant deputising. Lee Davies with his 6th goal of the season made it 1-0 on 24 minutes before a Rory O’Sullivan free kick made it 2-0 just before half time.

Crosshaven u13s marched into the next round of the SFAI National Cup with a hard fought 4-3 win over visitors Castleview in Camden on Saturday morning. Despite limited possession in the first half, crosshaven took their chances. Liam Maguire''s excellent delivery from a corner was converted by Joe Glossop to take an early lead.

Crosshaven 14s finally got there first point of the season with a brillant performance at home to Lakewood. The lads will be going home gutted not to of won it after missing some great chances, Mark Lynch pulled off a wonder save at the end to keep the blues marching on. The lads will take there point now and move on to their next game where they are growing in to this league nicely.

Crosshaven u12s moved into second place in Division 2 after a well earned 3-2 win over Buttevant. Playing on a very heavy surface in wet weather in Camden on Sunday morning, the u12s outplayed and outfought the visitors going 3-0 up in the first half.

The U15's missed out on going third in the league on Saturday going down 4-1 away to Riverstown. As always the scoreline fails to reflect the game with every big call seemingly going the way of the home team. Poor finishing, poor passing in the final third & a lack of communication in defence also ultimately saw Crosshaven self implode.
