St. Patricks GAA Club

In July Colm Duggan completed a Sponsored Cycle from Malin Head to Mizen Head to raise funds for South Tipperary Hospice and St. Patricks GAA Club. Colm dedicated this cycle to the memory of his good friend and former playing colleague Liam O'Dwyer RIP. Paul Gahan cycled the final stage with Colm from New Inn to Mizen Head and Nicholas Moroney provided back up all the way from Malin to Mizen with Sally Duggan also providing back up from Tullamore to Mizen Head. Cheques were presented to South Tipperary Hospice on Friday 9^th September. Present were Eoin, Nicola, Brian and Collette O'Dwyer, Úna  and Seán O’Dwyer, Eileen (nee O’Dwyer) and Eibhlis Kennedy, Brendan O'Keefe representing South Tipperary Hospice, Colm Duggan, Paul Gahan, Nicholas Moroney, Catherine Mockler, Micheál Broderick and several members,  players and former St. Patricks players. Refreshments were provided by St. Patrick’s ladies just as they did on the Wednesday evening of the cycle in July. Thanks to everyone who helped out.
