An update on our 3G pitch development

What are we building ?
A 135 x 85 M full size All weather pitch with 3 G surface, floodlights and fencing loacted on our current training pitch area.
What stage are we at ?
Ready to submit planning permission later this month. With planning achieved we aim to go to tender in April and begin construction later this year
How will we fund it ?
The funding will be a breakdown as follows 40% loan from dublin co board, 20% grant aid, 40% fundraising & sposnorship
We have already secured a grant of 100,000 from the sports capital grants of 2017
