Kildare & District Underage League - NOT USED

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility:

Kildare & District Underage League in association with our partner Coerver Coaching are organising  camps.

Coerver Coaching  camps  are  open  to  Boys  and  Girls  between the ages of 5 and 13 years of age.

Insurance:

All KDUL coaching camps venues will be covered by Public Liability Insurance but not for personal accident.

Medical  Consent  form: If  a  medical  consent  form  has  not  already  been signed by a parent/ guardian of the child attending, he/ she must do so and hand it in to the camp co-ordinator on the first day of camp before  any  activity  commences.  Copies  of  the  medical  consent  form  will be available on site at the camp venue.

Venue:

The venue for all camps will be Tougher Park, Naas Industrial Park.

Responsibility:

The head coach is responsible for  all  activities  during  the  soccer  week  at  the  centre.  The  Head  Coach  in  charge  is  responsible   for  all  coaching activities during soccer week at the centre.

Conduct:

Participants  must  follow  the  instructions  of  the  coaching  staff  in  charge.  Misbehaviour  may  result  in  the  participant  being  suspended from the coaching camp and the fee will not be refunded.

In  the  interest  of  safety,  participants  are  not  permitted  to  leave  the  coaching camp during the coaching camp hours without the written consent of a parent/ guardian.

Lost or stolen items:

Coerver or KDUL coaching camps Limited or the host club is not responsible for any items lost or stolen during the course of the coaching camp.

Weather:

Coerver or KDUL coaching camps Limited shall not be held accountable should  the  soccer  activities  be  suspended  or  cancelled  due  to  bad  weather.  In  cases  where  the  weather  is  deemed  bad  enough  for  the  coaching  activities  to  be  suspended  the  coaching  staff  will  be  available  to  supervise  alternative  indoor  activities,  only  if  the  host  club or venue can provide such an indoor facility. In the event of an indoor facility not being available, coaching will be suspended if bad weather  conditions  persist.  The  coaches  will  contact  the  parent  or  guardian to advise them should the suspension of coaching activities become  necessary.  Parents/  guardians  will  be  informed  immediately  by  the  Head  Coach  of  the  suspension  of  the  coaching  camp.  The  coaching  staff  will  of  course  supervise  all  children  until  they  have  been collected.

If due to bad weather the Coerver or KDUL cam is cancelled in its entirety payment will be refunded less 10% administration charge

Cancellations:

 All cancellations carry a 20% cancellation fee.

Photographs:

Coerver or KDUL may use photographs of participants for future promotion  of  coaching  camps.  If  you  do  not  wish  your  child  to  be  photographed  please  notify  Head  Coach  of  camp  in  writing  before  commencement of Camp.

Information:

 All   information   contained   on   this   application   form    may    be    retained    for    promotional  purposes  for  future  camps.

Cancellations: No refunds will be entertained for any cancellation that is made within 14 working days of  the first day of the camps.

Refunds:

All refunds will carry a 10% administration charge
