CLG Na Fianna Membership Form 2013/2014

Many registration fees to permit playing of matches, being insured under player injury schemes etc. are due at the beginning of the year, and the club operates a strict no pay no play policy.
For these reasons we would ask you to attend to this matter without delay, and return the form along with your subscription to your team manager, mentor or the club office.  If you have difficulty meeting the cost, please contact the office on 8370210 or on www.clgnafianna.ie in confidence.
If your membership is paid without completing the Membership Form, you are deemed to have read and accepted the contents of the Membership Form.
