On Saturday last our under 16 hurlers took part in the Annual Brendan Teehan memorial tournament in Gortnahoe. Despite fielding an under strength team our boys reached the final in which they were defeated by The Emeralds from Urlingford.
Under 16 Hurling Under 16 hurling will commence against Skeheenarinky on Monday 11th July at 7.30 in Anner Park Cloneen with games again on Monday 18th July and on the five Mondays of August and also on Monday 5th September.
Under 14 Hurling Under 14 hurling will commence on Thursday 7th July at 7.00 when we play Ballybacon-Grange in Anner Park Cloneen, Further games will be played on 14th and 28th July and on Thursday 4th and 11th August.
Under 12 Hurling
On this Saturday 9th July we play Mullinahone at 11.30 in Mullinahone.
On Sunday 17th July we play Ballingarry in O’Sullivan Park Ballingarry at 11.30.
Under 8 Football
On Saturday last our under 8 footballers put on fine performances against Mullinahone, Grangemockler and Clerihan. The team was: Nathan Gleeson, Donncha Foley, Tiernan O’Brien, Conor Danagher, Dara Browne, Donal Keane, Matt Lawrence, Daniel Carroll, Eoin Horan, Jamie Holohan, Bobby Purcell, Liam Daly, Chris Lee. Well done to all.
