Weekly club notes.

SHC: We lost to Mullinahone in the county championship on Monday evening by 2-15 to 1-15 and this end our interest in this years County Championship.

JCHC: Our junior C team maintained the 100% record in the championship with a hard fought win over Burgess on Saturday last. Final score was Eire Og 1-17 Burgess 1-05. We now play Kildangan in the semi final of the championship. Check North Board fixtures for more details.

North Final: A big thank you to our own committee, and also the Silvermines and Ballina clubs for providing stewards for the North Final held in MacDonagh Park last week.

First Aid: Course will be held shortly in MacDonagh Park Complex. If interested, contact any club officer for details.

Flag Day: A big thank you to everyone who helped out for the annual flag day last weekend.

President Visit: GAA president Christy Cooney will be visting Nenagh on Thursday and will be in the Complex from 5pm to 6pm.

Liam McCarthy Cup: The All-Ireland Cup will be visting all the schools in Nenagh on Thursday this week.

Sympathy:  We offer our sympathies to the Young Family of Latteragh and the Mackey Family of Bawn on the passing of John Young and to the Browne Family of Lisatunny on the passing of Marion Condon of Kill, Co. Kildare, may they both Rest In Peace.
Juvenile News:

U16: Final vs Toomevara is now rescheduled for this Saturday, check North Board fixtures.

U12: Plate final vs Kildangan at 6pm this Friday in Puckane, please come out and support the Boys who have shown great improvement during the year.

U10: Well done to the U10 hurlers who won the Michael Hallinan Tournament on Saturday last, pipping Borrisoleigh in a thrilling final on a scoreline of 1-3 to 1-2. Congratulations to Ahane, who won the C&C Fabrication shield with a victory over Kilruane in the final. Many thanks to our sponsors, the Hallinan family, T.P Sullivan & Christy Manning, referees Tommy Ryan, Michael Hallinan & Noel Coffey, co-ordinator Phil Hennessy and especially the parents who did an excellent job providing and serving up refreshements on the day.  We travel to Ahane to take part in their U10 tournament on this Saturday, details at training.

U8: We participated in the Jack Ryan tournament in Roscrea on Saturday last, the Boys played well and had 2 tight games vs Birr and JK Brackens, thanks to Roscrea for their hospitality.

U7: We played Moneygall on Saturday last In Nenagh, the boys played very well and showed great enthusiasm. Many thanks to Moneygall for coming to play us.

Handball: Training continues at 6pm on Wednesdays, all very welcome..
