Adjourned AGM: The Adjourned AGM on Tuesday next, 3rd January @ 8.00pm and we ask all members to attend. That meeting will also confirm the managers of Junior hurling & football, Under 21 and minor teams for the coming year.
Juvenile AGM: The Juvenile AGM was held in the Clubhouse on Tuesday night last.
The highlight of the year was the Under 16s winning the C North Championship. Sean Mannion remains as Chairman with Tommy Cahalan as Vice-Chairman. Louise Mannion remains as secretary with Martina Houlihan as assistant secretary.
Management teams: U8 Fergus Gorman, Tommy Cahalan, Mark Houlihan; U10 & 12 Dessie Clancy and James Dunne; U14 & 16 Pat Kennedy, Eamon Sherlock, Hubert Hogan, Ken Hogan, Aidan McIntyre (First Aid).
Lotto: The numbers drawn last week were: 6 8 11 - 28. No Winner.

Fundraiser: A Dundraising Car Draw will take place on St. Patricks Night, 17 March. Top prize is a Volkswagon Polo (kindly supplied by Al Hayes Motors, Portumna) with second and third prizes of 42 and 28 flat screen TVs. There will also be a 28 TV as prize for the seller of the ticket for the car.
Tickets are 20 each or 3 for 50 and are selling well so far. Tickets can be bought from any committee member and anyone that wishes to come on board as a ticket seller is to contact William Harding.
Thomas MacDonaghs: The presentation of medals to Thomas MacDonaghs, county senior football champions, takes place in The Thatch, Ballycommon on this Friday December 30th. Kevin Maher was part of the successful squad. Patrick Maher (2008), Kevin Maher (2008, 2010), and Conor Sullivan (2010) will also be presented with North Senior Football Championship medals won MacDonaghs.
Guest of honour is John Evans, the manager of the Tipperary senior football team. Tickets cost 10 and Admission can also be paid on the night. Refreshments will be served.
Tipperary Calendar: The 2012 Tipperary GAA Calendar is now available at just 10. The price also includes membership of the Friends of Tipperary Football and entry into a draw for Tipperary hurling or football Season Tickets. Calendars can be bought from Shane Brophy at the Adjourned AGM next Tuesday night.
Gym Opening Hours: Our gym is now open; initially on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 7.00 to 9.30pm. For further information including membership rates for club members and non club members, contact Graham (087-9610002), Tadhg (087-4125642) or Sean (087-3643031). Vouchers also available.
There is also a special class on a Thursday night for those who wish to train at a slower pace from 7.00-8.00pm.
Scrap Metal: Thanks to all who donated items so far to our Scrap Metal collection.
If anyone still has anything of any kind they want to get rid of, please contact any committee member.
We will gratefully accept donations of a wide range of metal, iron or steel items no longer in use such as old equipment, machinery or cars, containers, utensils, pots, pans, sink tops, radiators, pipes, barrels, garden furniture, garden toys, bicycles, gates, fencing wire, etc.
