Lorrha GAA News for 2 December

Under 21: Our Under 21's dug deep once more to defeat Golden Kilfeacle 0-16 to 1-12, after extra time, in the County 'B' semi-final in Dolla last Saturday. It was the teams third one point win in a row.

Next Sunday 3rd December, all roads lead to Templederry where Lorrha face off against Moycarkey/Borris in the final with a 1.30pm start. We call on one last effort for supporters to turn up in big numbers to help the team win the title for the first time, with the cup named after former club stalwart Mick Brophy.

Juvenile Table Quiz: Lorrha Juvenile Club's annual fundraising table quiz in Moatfield is on this Saturday 2nd December at 7.30pm. With the county final on Sunday, this should be a great community event for all to attend and provide vital funds for the juveniles for 2018.

Fundraiser: The clubs 2500-to-1 fundraising draw with a prize fund of €10,000 will go ahead on Saturday 2nd December as part of the juvenile table quiz. We are urging all club members to make one final push to get the tickets sold for what is a vital fundraiser. Your support would be appreciated.
