Lucan Sarsfields Clubnotes February 2nd, 2009 Well done to our 2008 U21 hurlers who won the “A Championship” title on Saturday after a nail-biting encounter in Russell Park. ‘Goal of the Year/Century’ describes Kevin O’Reilly’s magnificent free to take the teams into extra-time.

Lucan Sarsfields Clubnotes January 26th, 2009 The Club’s Annual General Meeting takes place on Thursday 12th February at 9.00pm. All full adult members are asked to attend. A Consultation Document on Facilities Development at the 12th Lock is available in the Club for Members. The issues will be discussed at the AGM.

Lucan Sarsfields Clubnotes January 12th, 2009 Well done to Johnny McCaffrey, Kevin O’Reilly, Tommu Somers and Peter Kelly on being selected on the Dublin Senior hurling squad. And also to David Quinn who was named as a sub for the Dublin senior footballers on Sunday. Our first Table Quiz of the year takes place on Wednesday, January 21st.

Lucan Sarsfields Clubnotes December 8th, 2008 Congratulations to Juvenile Secretary Josephine Donohue and club-member Denis Malone who picked up the Club Person of the Year and Hall of Fame awards respectively at the Adults Awards night on Saturday. Christmas Draw is this coming Saturday - a fiver gives you a great chance of picking up one of the 40 prizes. The first prize is €3,000
