Mr. Patrick Tully, from Killue in County Longford is celebrating this morning after matching all four numbers in Tuesday night's Super 4 Lotto draw and scoops the jackpot of €6,900. Patrick correctly predicated that numbers 4, 9, 11 and 23 would be drawn.
